PLATINUM ESSENTIAL – One Session Per Week

With this package, you'll receive one 45-minute personal training session per week, customised to your goals. Choose from our Dance & Coordination, Yoga & Flexibility, or Weight Loss & Fitness options.

  • Yoga & Flexibility: If you're seeking a more calming, flexibility-focused session, we’ll use yin yoga and other poses for healing and stress relief.

  • Dance & Coordination: This option focuses on Zumba-inspired choreography to improve your coordination, flexibility, and overall fitness while having fun.

  • Weight Loss & Fitness: For those aiming to lose weight and build muscle, we’ll combine cardio exercises with small and body weight toning, along with mindset support for long-lasting results.

You'll also receive email support between sessions to keep you motivated and on track.

Each session is designed to ensure consistent progress while offering variety to keep things exciting.

DIAMOND ACCELERATOR – Two Sessions Per Week

The Diamond Accelerator package is designed for clients who want to fast-track their results with two 45-minute sessions per week.

Choose from any of the following session types:

You'll also receive ongoing support and check-ins between sessions to keep you on track with your goals.

What Can I Expect from Personal Training?

When you book a personal training session with me, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance and tailored support. Each session is designed around your specific goals, whether it’s weight loss, toning, flexibility, or coordination. I’ll guide you through every exercise, offer real-time feedback on your technique, and provide motivation to help you achieve your full potential. My goal is to ensure that every session is enjoyable, effective, and aligned with your personal fitness journey.

Where Do the Sessions Take Place?

I offer personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home, providing a convenient, private space for your workouts.

Space Requirements: Ideally, a minimum of 6 square meters (about 2.5m x 2.5m) is needed for our sessions. This ensures enough space for toning, stretching, and bodyweight exercises. If you have a garden, we may also take the session outdoors for a refreshing change of scenery.

Safety: Make sure the floor is non-slip for safety during exercises.

What Do I Need for My Session?

For your session, wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for flexibility. You’ll also need:

A bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Any home workout equipment you'd like to use (e.g., dumbbells, exercise mat, resistance bands).

I also bring small travel equipment if necessary.

For best energy levels, have a small meal a couple of hours before our session.

If you need any health-related items, like an asthma inhaler or medication, please have them on hand.

What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule a Session?

I understand that life happens. However, I request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If notice is given after this time, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment Policy: Sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

How Soon Will I See Results?

Results vary depending on consistency, commitment, and effort. If you stay dedicated, you’ll likely see noticeable improvements in your fitness, coordination, and overall health within a few weeks. Keep following the advice and tips I provide for the best results!
